Fort Worth Zoo Field Trip

Friday, October 26, 2007

On Friday, October 26, 2007, kindergarten visited the Fort Worth Zoo for their first field trip of the year! The beautiful fall weather allowed us to have a terrific time observing all of the animals in their habitats! We had been talking about all the different animals for the past few weeks, so the kids had a lot of fun seeing all the animals "up close and personal."

Thanks so much to all of the volunteers who accompanied us on our trip. I couldn't have done it without all of you!

We were able to see many animals, and Miss Cooper even had time to snap a few shots of some of us along the way!! Take a look and see if you can spot some animals behind our smiling faces.

Miss Cooper's Class is ready to enjoy the zoo!

The bus
trip was
fun, too!!

We got to see many different animals!
Aren't they cute?

The kangaroo ate a paper that Miss Cooper accidentally dropped in his pen!!

We loved the
big gorilla!

Miss Cooper,
Can we please take
him home?

The zoo is a great
place for a photo shoot.

Feeding the animals was fun!

There is so much to see!

We can't wait to go "BACK" to the zoo!
