Port of Suva,Fiji A Day Spent at the Uprising Resort

On April 27, 2008, we docked at our first South Pacific island--Fiji!!

Here we had a private tour booked to spend the day relaxing at the Uprising Beach Resort
where we spent the day enjoying the sun, beach, and beautiful grounds of the resort.

As we got off the ship, we were met by our tour guide Charlie who drove us to our 
destination for the day. We got to see the countryside of Fiji on our way to the resort.

We had a fabulous day on the beach! You can get a peek of what all we did as you open
our scrapbook and enjoy "fun in the sun." The music in the background is
performed by a local group from Suva!
